Please place your order through the "Online Shop" area of our website.

Orders are usually shipped 1-3 business days after they are received.

Order delivery times may change during holidays or peak seasons.

Cancellations and address changes need to be advised to Yu Cake within 24 hours after the order has been placed.

We will not be able to change the delivery address or recipient information once we ship out your cake.

Many of our desserts are suitable for children. You may view allergen or dietary restrictions on each item page on our website.

If you purchased our desserts from our online store, we do not recommend defrosting and refreezing them; we recommend that you consume them within 24 hours after defrosting.

Up to 90 days in the freezer.

We recommend that all desserts be stored in an airtight container.

We are unable to customize our cakes.

Allergens and dietary restrictions are listed on the product pages for each specific dessert. We suggest looking at our website to find the dessert you're interested in and making sure it doesn't contain any of your allergies or dietary restrictions.

We currently do not offer dairy-free/ gluten-free/ sugar-free cake.

Our desserts are not kosher.

All our whole cakes are 8" and usually serve 10–12 guests.
