Shipping

All shipments are carefully packed to ensure that they arrive in good condition.

Time

Orders are usually shipped 1-3 business days after they are received.

Order delivery times may change during holidays or peak seasons.

Friday/Weekend orders will begin to be processed on Monday.

Dry ice

Our shipments come with dry ice to ensure the quality of our goods.

Dry ice should only be handled carefully.
Please put on gloves when handling dry ice to protect you and your family's safety and avoid contact with the skin and eyes.
Leave dry ice in a well-ventilated area while handling it.
Dry ice should not be disposed of in trash cans, chemical waste containers, or other waste or garbage cans.

Do not put it in the refrigerator.

Product

All our products are shipped frozen in order to maintain quality.
Products should be defrosted either in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours or left at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
Please consume it within 2 days after it is defrosted.

Tracking

We will send an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Information

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your information.

We will not be able to change the delivery address or recipient information once we ship out your order.

Shipping Region

We ship throughout the continental US.

We are currently unable to deliver internationally.

RETURNS

Return/
Exchange

 

We'll do everything we can to complete your order as soon as we can.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
-Due to weather-related and shipping-related factors,
-A mismatched or inaccurate shipping address
-Theft or loss after delivery.
-If the dessert is not kept after delivery at the proper temperature.
-Order delivered but not picked up on time.
-Product damage caused by disregarding directions
